Who is The 2018 Mardi Gras Charity Gala Committee?

The 2018 Mardi Gras Charity Gala Committee helps those less fortunate by meeting the needs of people in our own communities. The committee is combined effort of these excellent organizations:

Georgia Mountains Hospice is a not for profit agency that cares for those people facing a limited life expectancy in a nine county area in northwest Georgia. GMH provides patients and their families with a highly skilled and compassionate team of professionals who address their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. No hospice appropriate patient is declined services for lack of a funding source.

The Knights of Columbus is a charitable organization. They help meet the needs of organizations such as C.A.R.E.S., St. Vincent de Paul, Gilmer Pregnancy Center and Gilmer Food Pantry but most of all they assist people and families who are in financial need.

The Rotary Club of Jasper was formed in 1989 by a group of local business people & professionals dedicating themselves to “service above self.” The club strives to work for a better community by helping charities such as The Boys & Girls Club of North GA, HOPE House, & Ferst Foundation.
